Job description

  1. Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing.
  2. Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for available positions.
  3. Conduct initial screenings of candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, and fit with job requirements.
  4. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication and follow-up throughout the recruitment process.
  5. Assist in the development of job descriptions, job postings, and other recruitment materials to attract qualified candidates.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment databases.
  7. Assist with reference checks, background checks, and other pre-employment screening processes as needed.
  8. Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing recruitment-related documents and reports.
  9. Assist with recruitment-related projects and initiatives, such as employer branding efforts, campus recruitment programs, and recruitment events.
  10. Stay informed about industry trends, recruitment best practices, and emerging technologies to support continuous improvement in recruitment processes and strategies.
  11. Collaborate with the Recruitment Manager and other team members to ensure the timely filling of vacancies and the achievement of recruitment goals.
  12. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive recruitment information and candidate data.

  • Experience : 4-7 Years in Recruitment
  • Location: Gurgaon
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
