Commercial - Senior Executive

• Involved in new store opening, store renovations, & store maintenance activities for capex planning. (Budgeting, Negotiation, Order, Dispatch, Final Closer)
• Coordinating with all stakeholders for a timely and smooth launch of the store.
• Negotiating & finalizing vendors with best possible rates.
• Introducing vendors to the site before they start to work.
• Preparing BOM under timelines as per the drawing within the available budget. Placing orders as per BOM to the vendor.
• Ensuring all the bills are settled as per the BOM or work executed at the site.
• Mobilizing vendors at the site in a timely manner to start the work. Monitoring day- to-day site execution status. Resolving site work issues. Ensuring timely delivery of the ordered assets.
• Overseeing the financial expenditure over the site and cost controlling to minimize the site expenses. Maintaining healthy relationships with our working vendors for long-term achievement in mutual benefit business.
• Planning & effecting commercial schedule as per the budgetary plans. Reconciling, generations of account statements & communicate to vendors for better operation in favor of the company.
• Maintain WH Inventory of assets.
  
• Ensuring timely payments to the vendors.
• Maintaining daily petty cash expenses related to project works.
• Generating monthly MIS reports.
• Involved in new product development, vendor identification & finalization. Managed cost comparison & finalization of the finished product cost.
• Ensured all commercial and accounting functions like book of purchase, production plan, dispatch plan, material inward from plant to warehouse.
• Made necessary changes in procurement / commercial policies and processes for better controls, streamline Collection etc.

Purpose of the role

- Capex control of new & renovation projects

- Vendor management, Assets inventory management & Procurement

- Managing internal and external Projects Audits

- Managing commercial operations of new & renovation projects

- Ensure compliance with Legal & Accounts requirements

Qualification & Experience (Education, Experience)
Education: Minimum: B.Com, MBA
Experience: 4-7 years of experience in Project commercials. Retail Experience is must.
